Found David Meisenheimer with State Farm and was amazed at the responsiveness and customer service I received from his office, especially from Teri. Fast Forward 9 months, and I have switched all three of my daily driver cars and both of my antique cars over to them. I am NOT an easy person to deal with, and expect great service in a timely fashion. That is EXACTLY what I received from Teri. The staff (Kim and Crystal) are very receptive to any questions I have and have always gone out of their way to assist me when I have any claims. I recently had a rock chip my windshield and, after notifying Kim, she had everything set up for me within 5 minutes and all I did was send a text message.
