1 /5 Connie Edson: I’ve been going to Hicks for years. I referred my daughter and she had a terrible experience with Kevin. Waited 5 weeks for a quote, called several times, stopped in and finally ( after she called again) Kevin told her that he couldn’t help her. Didn’t even give her quotes/numbers or respect her time. Clearly they don’t care about local people and value their time.
