My main interactions have been with Kelsi as she has guided me through auto, homeowners, and life insurance policy updates. Ive had insurance through either State Farm or another provider for almost 20 years and worked with several offices, but the level of support Ive had here stands out. Mandy has a great team. I read through the reviews before choosing her office and sometimes you think "too good to be true?" when you see a perfect rating. Well, so far in my experience, it is true. Great staff, great support. Cant see myself anywhere else.

I had a million questions because I didn’t know the difference between the type of insurance policies. She broke everything down so that I can understand it, she did so with easy and patience. I would give her a 10/10 with making insurance shopping a breezy! I definitely would recommend for all your needs.

Keith Crawford Jr. They’re okay. Cheaper individual full coverage if you need it. Not great if you need to add a new driver to your plan which is why I switched. Also never had to actually put in a claim, and from others reviews, they seem sketch. Still, they never did me wrong so 3/5 feels fair.

Autumn Rogers Micha and his team are great. We were previously clients of his years ago and recently rejoined State Farm and his team is still as great. Shout out to Tessa, she was an awesome help on the whole process from start to finish with my personal and commercial auto insurance. They even wrote us a hand written thank you card. Love that we are back with our home town local agent! Thanks guys!

Kimberly Guimon I completed a quote online late last evening for multiple policies needed. This morning (less than 12 hours), I received a call following up regarding my request. Jay was AMAZING! I have a few special circumstances Im dealing with regarding getting coverage and a major issue Im dealing with, with a different company. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was so easy to sign up, create an account and get the policy started for when I needed it for. I have been with a direct competiter of Allstate for almost 20 years, so it will be interesting to compare how each company does business...I will say that thus far I am 100% satisfied and looking forward to working with Allstate!
