John Wilson Sr. I would like to leave a 5 star review for my claims agent Katie. She is definitely cut out for this job. She’s knowledgeable, intelligent, and easy to speak with. She made this process so very easy for me it was a welcoming process. I felt no pressure and she stayed on top of things throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for anything other than what she provided for me and this process. If anything like this should happen again (Lord forbid) I would definitely love for her to handle it. If I could I would give her promotions and raises because for me it was definitely a pleasure speaking with her. Great job Katie, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK THAT YOU DO.
