Sherry Savka I called about upgrading an existing policy and the receptionist told me that I would receive a return call but never did. That was over a week ago. Ill be a little more aggressive and hopefully theyll return my call. If that doesnt work, Ill physically drive to their office and maybe Ill receive the answers I need. Not happy.
Update: I was contacted by a very nice man who answered all my questions and even gave me more valuable information that I ca n use. I just wished he would have been more prompt on my return.
