1 /5 Katelyn Nuttall: Giving a one star because I can’t leave 0 stars for a rating. This insurance company is a JOKE! After almost 2 months of trying to contact someone to deal with an incident we finally are just now getting contacted back. The first 3 weeks their “online system was down” took another 2 weeks for someone to finally reach out. Now after another 2 weeks we get noted that theyre at a stand still. This isn’t my insurance, it’s the insurance of a driver that hit me. Good luck IF YOU EVER HAVE TO WORK WITH THEM.

Very unprofessional: We reached out for assistance because our previous agent is no longer contracted with Erie, and we wanted to stay with Erie for our home insurance. My partner emailed the office—even mentioning the people who recommended them. I understand they may be busy (Erie had system outage last week), so we gave them a few days to response — but it’s been almost a week, and we haven’t received any response yet. I understand they may not be accepting new clients, but they could have at least let us know, so we could have started looking elsewhere instead of keeping us waiting.

2 /5 Soji: Rates are competitive but you have to pay close attention to the actual $$ benefits because its likely under insured. They refused to pay for certain amount but the worst part was poor service. It takes long for them to get back at you and one supervisor we worked with had NO communication skills. Cheaper doesnt mean good service for Erie.

5 /5 Oksana Mayovetska: Concetta Hutton and Devon Allen did an awesome job working on my insurance claim. Very professional, calm, patient, thorough. I really appreciated their quick responses and dedication to high customer service, including picking up my calls instead of sending to voicemail. True professionals!

5 /5 Brandye Burnett: My agent Sam is great! She always responds promptly and helps me get the coverage im looking for. Also, the other employees/ agents step up and get the job done quickly if Sam isnt available at the moment. They make great things happen without the long wait! Thanks Team Erie!!
