1 /5 Autumn Travelstead: Do not get insurance from this company. They will Deny helping you for any claim you try to file with them yet have their hand out for your payments. They declined to help us with damage to our roof. They declined to help us with replacement of floors and joists due to termites that were drawn in by moisture from a leak that we previously had fixed and no visible leak anywhere except maybe condensation in the bathroom area. And the big kicker…. They have put me as 50% at fault for a girl crashing into my vehicle in a parking lot because she was on her phone and she did not see me. I’m done with this company and will be seeking a new company as soon as my roof repair is done! Wish I could give Country zero stars!

1 /5 C P: Pretty horrible we pay these people and they can’t even help us when a driver admits they weren’t looking and were distracted looking down and hits my wife. My wife had nowhere to go to get out of the way and they said it was 50/50. No point in paying more for insurance if they never help you. I can legally “coverage” somewhere else
