Jeanne Mueller My daughter and I have been trying to split our policy for almost 3 yrs now. This last time I thought we finally did it until I received the revised policy a week later. The only thing changed was my address. My daughter is still on my policy, and stapled to our policy was another persons insurance policy revision. When I called the galliger office the person I talked to said my daughter didnt have a policy as her name wasnt in their system. That was what they were supposed to be working on my daughters policy. They were given her information, by her and yet for the 3rd time a fail. The person I talked to said she wasnt the one we talked to a week ago, and yet Im sure it was. Time for a new agent, bye-bye Galliger Im wondering about this other persons policy? An invasion of privacy? Galliger you dont even deserve 1 star!
Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
