Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

Rhonda Baker Let me heap some praise on this guy. I called him, furious and frustrated, because a policy that should have been cancelled back in October had not, in fact, been cancelled. It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID. He had NOTHING to gain from helping me - it was a policy cancellation. He went beyond the extra mile, and saved my entire family so much time and stress.
