5 /5 Dara Randerson: A friend recently referred me to this office due to their personalized customer service and attentiveness to customer needs. The agent who answered the phone was courteous and responsive to my numerous inquiries because I really dont understand the insurance vocabulary and find it quite confusing. She explained in detail the coverage and payments in a simple, factual manner. I then followed up with a few scenarios to understand the deductible and coverage a little better and the agent was very patient explaining for the second time. This agent was knowledgeable and knew how to explain the information clearly.

My 1/5 stars is simply due to the lack of professionalism & general rudeness of his receptionist. Your reception reflects the overall demeanor of your business. In my short encounter with her about a business proposition, which happens in any industry, I was greeted with malignancy & an “I don’t have to tell you anything” after I had asked a simple question.
