His phone lines have not worked in months, he always seems to be on vacation, if Im going to be alone all the time Farmers should just go ahead and automate his job so we can all save money on our policies instead of paying people like him to dodge phone calls.

5 /5 Erin Decker: Highly recommend David Scott with Farmers Insurance! We switched to his office from a different Farmers Insurance agent, and David and Stephanie have been leaps and bounds better! His assistant, Stephanie, is so weonderful. She went through our whole policy ove the phone with me and found different ways we could save. Our yearly homeowners insurance premium decreased drastically! 10/10 highly recommend!

1 /5 Hayden Pool: Have tried to get in contact with David for the last 8 days and keep getting his secretary, telling me that hes either out of the office or some other excuse. When I got the policy for buying our house, it took getting a hold of his manager in order to get the documents that he messed up in the first place. Also our policy was $75 more than what he quoted us. Had to call to fix that, which again, was impossible to get a hold of David. Unless you want somebody who consistently dodges your calls, I would highly recommend another agent if not another company all together. Still havent heard anything from him.

So I made the big move to David Scott Farmers Agency. Within the first 6 months with farmers I got in an accident and my car was totalled. I recieved the absolute best service from farmers. They communicated consistently and I recieved above value for my car. They even checked on me after everything was taken care of. Great experience during a stressful time.
