I recently was in "fender bender" and for the first time, I had to go through the process of filing a claim. I was so overwhelmed and full of anxiety with the process, I decided to go directly into the office for assistance. I ended up meeting with one of the agents in the office, Glen OConnell. Glen was absolutely wonderful! He walked my through process and handled literally everything. Through this experience, Ive had to contact him on numerous occasions and each and every time, he made sure I understood what was going to happen, what was taking place at that time and what the resolution would be. Brian Gilbert Brett answered the door when the agent was on break and was so friendly and kind when he explained the situation about the agent being on their well-deserved lunch and wanted to give me the best experience possible to get a quote from him. When I came back only moments later, Vanessa was so kind, personable, and answered all of my questions promptly with ease. Both of them should be paid more because THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Cheryl Anderson Duane Jones was absolutely fantastic to work with on my homeowners and car insurance. He was patient and kind and gave detailed explanations for each recommendation that he made. His office manager Sherri is delightful. She makes sure that you have all the needed paperwork. She also took the time to give me one on one instruction on how to use their app. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs. You will be expertly taken care of!!!!

Dan Fitzgerald I stopped in to inquire about auto and homeowners insurance. I found Jacqueline to be warm and friendly, and very professional. She spent about two hours with me and helped me understand the various coverages and options. She even reviewed my current insurance coverage and she pointed out my house was under-insured. I would highly recommend the Short Insurance Agency. It was pleasure working with her. I also really liked working with her in person as she asked all the right questions to find the best rates for me. I had some previous experiences with other insurance companies, working on the phone or online, that were not productive.
