In todays market its difficult to find the right insurance for your individual needs. Louisa took the time and did research, so we were able to have options. Most important we could keep our current providers. The option also included being able to access other specialty providers for health concerns if needed. Louisa worked above and beyond to finish our application when we fell behind in the paperwork process due to moving. We respect Louisas work ethic and wish to acknowledge that sometimes she would answer emails and phone calls after hours. We never felt like she had other clients! This was a crazy time with staffing cuts to the Social Security office. I am not exaggerating when I say I could not have obtained my medicare coverage by the deadline without Louisas expertise, kindness and patience.
