Erin Bates My realtor, Gretchen Killam, was amazing! She was so patient with me and showed me any and every house I wanted to see even if she knew it probably wasnt the one for me. She was also very flexible with her time and would meet me within the hour so that my parents from out of town could also see a house I was looking at. The Goodman Agency, Inc. had lots of listings for me to chose from, and Gretchen was great about knowing of upcoming houses that would be listed. They helped me find the perfect house for me, and I am so grateful!

We had a claim recently and there were lot of miscommunication between different departments, but Samantha cleared it up for us and saw to the end of it. I would recommend them.

Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.
