American family wanted to move me to a new agent when Sr. retired. I fought it and won. Every claim or accident I’ve had in the past has been absolutely convenient and easy to resolve. Bill knows how to make the system work for the customer and he has done this each time where he handled all paperwork and made American Family accommodate my schedule instead of the other way around. Now going into retirement, I see the investments that he recommended and rates will soon benefit me greatly in the years to come.
