1 /5 Steve Mason: I have been a client of State farm insurance for 34 years and this office is by far the most incompetent group of folks I have ever had to deal with. The lack of knowledge of the policies that they sell is unbelievable. So long as you continue to write the checks, there is no problem, but ask them to explain the premium is outlandish. Office personnel had no clue and referred me to Mike himself. He just reiterated incompetence and that is why I will never deal with his office again. State farm should be embarrassed.

And it can be especially challenging when an agent pressures you, doesnt explain details, or treats you like "just another number".
