I was actually about ready to leave and go some where else but Im so glad I didnt. Doug & Allison has been the best insurance agents Ive ever had. Ive had alot of issues with adding drivers, cars, trucks, campers and other state insurance policies. They have been so professional , kind and so patient with me. They really make me feel like everything is going to be ok. They dont make me feel like a pain in the butt and Im sure with everything I ask I am. Heather Stojcevski I am writing regarding one of your employees. I have had my homeowners insurance with your agency for years. Since I have never had any problems, I had no idea how important an agent can be. I would like to commend your employee for the interest she took in my dilemma. I refinanced my home about a year ago and set up escrow accounts to pay my hazard insurance and taxes. The mortgage company mistakenly put my insurance money toward my mortgage and I received a large bill for insurance that needed to be paid immediately. I was on the phone with the company many times and each time it got worse. I brought all of my paperwork to your agency and sat back and watched as your employee worked through the mortgage system and finally resolved the problem. I am sure she had more pressing things to do on the closing hours of a Friday afternoon. She made me feel like it was not big deal that she was there to help me. I am so grateful I had an agent to help me. Thank you.

Bre O Was shocked to find out that my monthly cost increased by $100 a month when I removed a car from my policy with my current company. I called Brian in an attempt to find better rates. Within 2 hours he had found a policy that not only offered better coverage but, at the same rate before the increase! He explained everything purchased in the policy in full detail and was very thorough. Fast, friendly, and competitive pricing is what youll find with this agency. Update: Had an issue with my car tire on a Sunday and was needing information on a rental. Left a voice-mail to return my call, totally not expecting one until Monday, and was called back within 10 minutes. By half the day in, he was able to provide me with policy details and options for my situation. But it doesnt stop there folks.... he called me back unexpectedly the next day to ENSURE I was all taken care of and there was nothing else he could offer to help with. TOP NOTCH customer service.
