Frank not only provided a quote the same day, but he also reviewed my coverage and made a recommendation that I jumped on. I increased my liability coverage, added an umbrella policy (1 million) and was still $700 less than what my renewal would have been with the other company for my Auto and Home coverage. Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
