Helen Lopez I went to the office to get information and/help when my vehicle was involved in an accident where I was not at fault. I didnt know where to begin since I had never had an accident before. From the moment I entered the office Natalie at the front desk greeted me and asked how she could help me. She then helped me figure out who I needed to contact, gathered all the information I needed and provided me with the exact person that I needed to talk to, phone number, extension and claim number. She was polite, patient, professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. Natalie is a definite asset for this business. I am very happy that Natalie went above and beyond to help me. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
