1 /5 Tatiana Gil: This insurance has to be the worst place. They charge you twice and then close the location and don’t call you back when they say they will. Really unprofessional business. It also takes weeks for your car to get fixed when in an accident and you have to go through a lot to get a hold of someone. Also this office closes whenever they want, it’s supposed to close at 5 but by 3pm and 4pm they aren’t even there. The man Gabriel Arce assisted me and seemed like he would help but didn’t call me at the time said and doesn’t respond to text I give them a 0 star avoid this company also they don’t know how to do anything without a manager and she’s not even there to help
