1 /5 james crowe: I called today and they refused to explain why my mothers policy (which I set up two years ago with them) has nearly doubled in price. Not the customer service my mother and I need right now.

3 /5 Tim Veath: Would not recommend them. I was a loyal long time customer and when I asked Scott to check into another insurance company to see if I could get a better rate. He said he would call back in 2 days. After 11 days I called him only to have him giggle and admit he should have called me back. I tried to talk to one of the Taake brothers and was told he would call after he got off the phone. After 9 more days I went with another insurance company because they never called. I guess they dont make enough off of repeat customers. When I called and canceled the ladies who answered were very helpful.

If Scott is not available at the time there are never any worries his co workers make sure you are taken care of as well! The entire office is a great example of a team!! Thanks for everything!!

Scott range has done things for me that no other insurance agent could do hes got me out of bad insurance situations by telling me the correct policies with the correct companies. He is probably hands down one of the best insurance agents Ive ever worked with. I just want to thank him for many years of exemplary service
