5 /5 Jennifer Anastasoff: My agent moved and I went without one for awhile and kept getting the same answer from the cooperate number. I was actually about ready to leave and go some where else but Im so glad I didnt. Doug & Allison has been the best insurance agents Ive ever had. Ive had alot of issues with adding drivers, cars, trucks, campers and other state insurance policies. They have been so professional , kind and so patient with me. They really make me feel like everything is going to be ok. They dont make me feel like a pain in the butt and Im sure with everything I ask I am. If you are looking for the best insurance company around choose the Atwaters. They always respond so quickly to every email I send and never leave me hanging. By far the best customer service. Thank you guys for everything you do.
