5 /5 C Loion: My co worker referred us to Roberts Insurance to have my current insurance policies reviewed since they went through the roof. She said theyd make sure we werent over insured or uninsured insured. At first we were really hesitant to change agents because we had been with our other agent for over 20 years. I ended up calling and setting up an appointment. We ended up meeting with Heather, went over my concerns with her as well as my complaining about everything under the sun. She was very patient with me and listened, she made me feel at ease, not stupid and as if she truly understood my concerns and wanted to help. We went over everything, she addressed my concerns and she asked a lot of of questions, but it ended up being for our benefit for coverage and discounts. She was able to cut our premium and increased our coverages. After we got our policy we went back in and she went over it and explained to us the layout of our policy something our other agents didnt do. The 2 girls at the front are amazing too. I had to change my bank information and they made it a breeze for me and took care of it for me. So far overall its been a good experience.

5 /5 Judy Zito: Love the Agency and the employees who work there, they are all very friendly and will spend time going over what is the best affordable policy that meets your needs. If I have questions or a problem my Agent is always there to help and that is rare to find these days. I love doing business with Robert’s Insurance, I highly recommend this insurance agency, it’s the best in Southern IL.

1 /5 Travis Horton: Was referred to ask for Chris so I called and left him a message on a Thursday . He called back that evening around 5 and he got all my information for a home and auto quote and told me he would have a quote emailed to me the next day. I didn’t get anything but assumed he had just gotten busy. Didn’t hear anything Monday or Tuesday so called to follow up on Wednesday (6 days after the original conversation) was told he was in a meeting a would call me back….nothing. Called again Thursday (7 days after original conversation) was told he was out for a medical procedure and would get back with me Friday. I Called back mid afternoon Friday after still not hearing back and was told he would get back with me. I then told the woman who answered the phone I’d been hearing that for days. 5 minutes later Chris calls me and starts asking me when I need the quote by (implying it had not even been started) I told him beginning of next week but I wanted answers that Friday since I was shopping insurance and how I had been already been put off a week on this deal. Chris then said “we’ll maybe I won’t quote it, I don’t know that I want a customer like you”. I then had to ask him if someone in a customer service/ sales should have open line of communication and respond back to his customers, Chris agreed that wasn’t too much to ask and said he would get me a quote. Luckily I had already decided I didn’t need an insurance agent who won’t return a phone call when I’m looking for a quote. What would he do if I was a customer and needed something from him? That’s been 6 weeks ago and I never even got a quote.

1 /5 Theresa McCullough: Have been a loyal customer for years never missed a payment no claims and tried for 6 months to have a vehicle dropped from the policy due to a divorce and still had to actually stop payment and switch to another insurance. Repeated calls were never returned . Found put later several others who dropped this insurance due to similar issues. Terrible customer service
