1 /5 L: Asked 4 quote on house. Refused to insure car as its not good car insurance in my experience. Got phone call that "im uninsurable due to too many claims on my house for past 5 years 6 claims, last one year ago" i own house two years only and never had claim. So i asked more information, as this must be fraud. I will be in office in 30 min. They didnt want it, and said they will call me next day morning..that was ling time ago. They never called back. I called main SF. Never had claim they have no clue why somebody would say that. My old house is still insured by SF. Interestingly I came to conversation where supposedly more ppl in area was told they are "uninsurable".. i wonder if they all been to this "office".. I also wonder who knows what would they do if i had insurance with them..

5 /5 Ashley Seanor: I cannot recommend Chris Hammitts State Farm office enough! Anytime Ive called with a question or issue, its been answered quickly and thoroughly and I know that Im in good hands. Rachel, Debbie, and Brandy are all great at what they do! Insurance lingo can be intimidating and they do a great job of explaining without making me feel silly for asking questions. I am beyond happy with my policies transferring to this office from my previous agent.

5 /5 Christina Snyder: Chris and his team are extremely helpful and great to work with. We had a major water issue just a few days before Christmas. Chris came to our house assessed the damage and organized a local clean up company to come in and remove all damageds materials and set up dryers. They have helped us every step of the way with this claim. Definitely recommend them to everyone we know.
