Barre Wagner I have been insured in Marys Office and have had the pleasure of being her customer for over 10 years. She and her staff have always assisted me whenever I had an issue with my insurance and helped to explain the claims process to me when we have had auto accidents. She keeps me up to date on items that have become available through State Farm and makes sure that I keep up to date on what my current coverages are. You couldnt ask for a better Agent than Mary.

Katie Danser Terra was very wonderful in assisting me with my insurance needs. I needed to make changes to my policy and she sprung into action very quickly looking for the best price and best features I needed. Terra was very informative and kept me updated thru the entire process. Terras amazing at customer service and I could tell she loves what she does and she made me feel like she definitely went above and beyond to help me.

From the very beginning when we spoke to Jason, who helped us get everything we needed and was patient with all of our questions, to Ashley who is a joy to work with and speak with over the phone, you really feel like part of the family when you interact with this office in any way. And even when theyre not in the office, their responses are prompt and complete with the information you need, and I know they will always do their best to make you the best offer they can. We switched from another insurance situation that was not great to say the least, and working with David Andersons office has been more than a breath of fresh air, it was a gasp of astonishment too! He runs a tight ship, but still manages to make it feel down home. Privileged to live so close that this can be our home office.
