5 /5 Dave Hock: We have gotten incredible service here all the way around. From the very beginning when we spoke to Jason, who helped us get everything we needed and was patient with all of our questions, to Ashley who is a joy to work with and speak with over the phone, you really feel like part of the family when you interact with this office in any way. And even when theyre not in the office, their responses are prompt and complete with the information you need, and I know they will always do their best to make you the best offer they can. We switched from another insurance situation that was not great to say the least, and working with David Andersons office has been more than a breath of fresh air, it was a gasp of astonishment too! He runs a tight ship, but still manages to make it feel down home. Privileged to live so close that this can be our home office.

1 /5 Meresa Monteith: Decide to change my insurance because it kept going higher. So I cancelled my policy in June , they kept my money and then they took my money again in July they owe me over $700 and I cant get it back. I have to go and get a new debit card cause they can take the money again. My bank banterra cant even help. can anyone tell me how I can get my money back.they told me good luck on getting my money back. Its been since June and no money yet. Were talking about 725

5 /5 Dragon Trails: I just want to say, Ashley (I hope I spelled it right) is an incredibly knowledgeable person. She answered every question I had, went out of her way to make sure to match up my original plan to the closest she can find under state farm. Extremely detailed in what policies applied and how to utilize them in any given situation. (Ie roadside assistance and coverage concerning uninsured accidents.) Her customer service is absolutely top notch and would definitely recommend her to anybody I meet that is shopping for coverage. Thanks Ashley! =)
