I didnt know where to begin since I had never had an accident before. From the moment I entered the office Natalie at the front desk greeted me and asked how she could help me. When they have to direct you to, for example the claims deparartment of your insurance, they educate you on what youll be asked and what papers to have ready. Theyre just all around awesome.
