When they have to direct you to, for example the claims deparartment of your insurance, they educate you on what youll be asked and what papers to have ready. Theyre just all around awesome.

1 /5 Marco A: Be Careful , This insurance is not responsible for claims, the insurance represents other insurance companies that take your money but dont pay the accident claims, The insurance that they represent is named DIRECT AUTO , and I did a claim with them for a roommate that hit my car in my own driveway, the estimate was for $ 3000.00 from a body shop, they took 30 days before I get an answer and they said , NO SIR WE ARE NOT PAYING , because you are not included in your roommates policy, , I own my own cars and my own insurance, and he own his own insurance and cars, this was ridiculous, please dont buy an auto insurance if you are not 100 % sure that they are going to pay if you have an accident, is why they are called accidents dont you think, this is so ridiculous ,
