5 /5 Dreamwalker Day: Mary Ann was amazing to work with. I called right at opening business hours and was happily surprised to have a human answer the phone with enthusiasm. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand my home and auto policy. Even better that they are a local company here in Illinois. Wonderful experience.

5 /5 Pat Sizemore: I sent a check for our auto insurance on July 9 to the main office in PA. Received notice yesterday that payment had not been received. Talked to Tom today who was able to review our account and find out they did receive payment yesterday. He was very helpful and resolved my issue within minutes. All the employees at Southwest Insurance go out of their way to assist with any issues. Thanks
