Logan Brandis I switched to Allstate with Dave Strong after being with another insurance company. I’ve been surprised by how easy the experience has been. Companies have become extremely automated nowadays, but getting to chat with Dave and his team helps make the experience less dreadful. His team is very helpful and always quick to respond to my questions or concerns.

Terri Buchtel & Associates are very helpful, professional, and kind. Scott Buchtel responds quickly and explains issues thoroughly. Been with them 2 1/2 years and have no plans to go elsewhere for my renters insurance.

But they have done several things that I disagree with and even though I was in an accident that wasnt my fault right now Im driving a car that may in fact cause me to receive a ticket. Also they automatically assumed since the other driver was a state farm client that I was not. Hmm...it is what it is I guess.
