Mark Guerrero I have been with farmers most of my life and had great service from all the agents who Ive worked with. Chris and his team has gone above and beyond any expectations of service and commitment in helping and addressing the needs for myself and family. I plan to continue to do business with Farmers Insurance due to the service and guidance I have received from Chris and his team.

Susan Heaton Since I was not able to discuss my claims with my agent Tyler Hansen. I was referred to Dan Kniss which was not available has not call me back. Referred me to Country Financial Bloomington HQ. I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication regarding my two weather-related claims with agent Tyler Hansen. Over the past 4-5 months, I have made many calls without receiving any callbacks. When I requested a scheduled call via email, Tyler asked me to send my questions by email instead. He did not answer my questions. This lack of responsiveness and guidance has been disappointing and indicates a significant gap in customer service, claim services. A failure to respond, guide, communicate, respond. No effort to keep me in the loop.

Amy Powers Never has a review been warranted more than my experience with Wally Gaffney. What an asset to Tom Conklins team. My homeowners claim from start to finish was complicated and frustrating, and it felt easier to walk away from it than to sort through it. Wally reached out to me and offered to help me wade through it all, and he was determined to see it through to the end. Hard to find that kind of initiative and commitment to clients in the world we live in today. His kindness and commitment will never be forgotten. I hope Tom Conklin and State Farm realize what they have in Wally. It would be a shame to not recognize what he did for me and Im sure countless other insureds. Thank you, Wally. You truly are the best of the best!

Tasha Wright I see a lot of bad reviews but my experience was totally opposite. Not to dismiss any one else’s experience but my son had an accident in my car and they handled everything professionally. Their lawyers went to court on our behalf and everything worked out just fine.
