When my cheap insurance company filed for bankruptcy, I had a change of heart. I decided a more financially stable company would be a wise move, but expected to pay more. I have to say I was shocked at the level of insurance I was able to procure for my home and vehicles at the same price I was paying at the “cheaper” company. And I can have peace knowing this company is as stable as they come. My first experience with Bill and his staff was top notch. I felt like a neighbor, truly. She even alerted me to some situations that are fraudulently on my driving record that no one else has ever let me know (which is crazy cause it is very important). Diane Glassel I have to tell people how wonderful it was to get my car totally covered by State Farm when every insurance companys prices were ridiculously high. I was paying $65, then changed to $79, then jumped to $140. I couldnt pay that much with my Social Security so I dropped it. Looked at every other insurance quotes but they were all too high. Then I received a quote from State Farm and was so happy to find a top of the line insurance company still offering reasonable prices! It was easy to get just what I needed. Ross Webb State Farm. Brian Grebe I had my truck in the driveway, when another truck was pulling a trailer and it came unattached. The trailer rolled up on to my driveway hitting my truck. Called Hartford to find out what I needed to do. They told me it was my responsibility to take care of everything and if I want them to help me I need to up my Insurance plan. I needed a car rental and Hartford wouldnt even help me, it was the other guy Insurance that helped me and found me a place where I can get a car. They claim they save you 200.00 to 300.00 on Insurance but that is a lie, because after I got my truck back I found a different car insurance and I pay way less with them and get more in my insurance plan.
