1 /5 Jesus D.Right_1: Can someone explain to me why no bodyshop wants to work with Loya Insurance Company? My car was hit by a Loya Client and no bodyshop wants to work with them. I would hate to have to go through my Insurance company Allstate to get my car fixed ugh so, frustrating you pay for what you get!

1 /5 Max Winkelstein: Ive had a few cars insured with Loya over 8 years or so. There was never really a problem because I did not have any accidents or traffic citations. My car insurance was set to expire yesterday and it was my fault that I forgot to call in the payment. The agent I spoke with stated that I could have my insurance reinstated for $25 but I would need to have photos taken of my vehicle and go through some paperwork. I decided to call a few other insurance agencies and found one that worked better for me. I do believe I should have changed agencies earlier. Loya appears to have a specific clientele and they prey on them through deceptive practices.

3 /5 Peter Parker: It was ok but they have so many rules to get there insurance. Forget about anybody in your house being on your policy. Every name that comes on there computer they are going to make you exclude if your children that are not old enough to drive . Forget about Uber door dash you cant do anything in that vehicle if its insured by them

1 /5 Amber Charles: Was never greeted, or updated on the wait time. People were seen before me though Ive been there over an hour. Lack of communication and overall horrible customer service. Safe to say, wont be coming back to this location.
