First when he was associated with a national insurance company, the last dozen years he was an independent insurance agent with access to half a dozen insurance portfolios. My experience with Dave was always positive. He was always there when I had a question or needed an extra insurance ID for a vehicle. One time my insurance went up about 30% and I called Dave and discussed what was going on. I had no claims, but Dave calmly explained that this particular company was raising rates on everyone. He suggested that he would look at other companies and get my rates lowered, which he did rather quickly. I would still be with Dave Rueck, but we moved to another State.
