She sounded like she had other things to do and had an attitude with me on a 5min phone call about more information about my case!!!Left me little information via email which for some reason goes straight to the spam folder. And didn’t expect to get your phone call answered by anyone anytime after 11am!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
