Her knowledge and experience led to a seamless and comfortable purchasing process that had me feeling good about making the switch back, which was saying something because the initial quote was a little disappointing. It was still a savings for me though and the comfort of knowing their office is just across town made it an easy choice. That alone is enough for a good review. Then, on the day Im ready to sign for the policy, Brooke swoops in to let me know that something didnt seem right to her. Through her due diligence she was able to bring my quote down considerably which Im stoked about to say the least. I really appreciate the extra effort put in to ensure I walk away happy.
