Not only was I helped with the auto repair company and the car rental while my car was being repaired, Mary Jo also followed up 3 different times to see if everything was being taken care of. I sure wish I would have made Oslund & Associates - American Family Insurance my first call as it would have saved me a lot of time. Eric Oslund was polite and didnt seem the least bit frustrated at my novice questions about the policy and terms I didnt understand. He emailed the quote to me so I could compare the rates using the Excel spreadsheet I had set up because thats just how I have to do things when it comes to numbers. I researched the company and between the great reviews, the excellent prices and Erics helpful attitude I decided this was by far, the best option for me. Highly recommended.
