Joy Wellman We have been dealing with a previous State Farm office on a claim dated 5-24-24 and have made numerous calls, visits, etc to try and get it finalized. Our contractor was also involved as well as he needed to be paid. Our account was switched to a different State Farm office and thanks to Jordan and his office staff the claim was finally resolved and a successful payment was received almost one year later. Just recently we had damage and Bryan and his staff were very prompt to get the claims process going and followed up several times to ensure we were being taken care of. Nickolas LaPuma -5 stars If I could. they lied and did everything possible to not cover our water damages. Then dropped us for water damages ??? Isn’t that what I pay insurance for? They even lied and told the roofing companies I had show proof of weather damages to them that I collected claims on my roof.
