1 /5 Silas Pepple: Horrible customer service. Reached out to Kallie Kleitsch in the insurance department after being recommended to Dupaco. Very nice on the phone, said she would get me a quote over 1/2 a dozen times. Says she will get it done tomorrow, but then doesnt even reply. She is apparently having problems with Progresive but only communicates this when I ask. She clearly doesnt want my business which is to bad because I wanted a local agent to work with. If I was her manager Id audit her email logs, review her lack of follow up and fire her. But maybe Dupaco all around doesnt need more insurance clients. Waste of time and energy.

1 /5 Dj Brooks: I love Dupaco but getting the insurance department to contact you after reaching out multiple times was a pain. By the time they finally got back to me it was too late to get help and I had to go with a different company… big disappointment!
