5 /5 Lee Chassy: Since Prairieland works with so many insurance carriers, we are often able to find our clients better coverage at competitive prices. When we reviewed my prior policies and coverages, I was able to get far better coverage than what I got from my previous major carrier. My clients are often surprised how much better we can do for them then what theyve had in the past and still keep costs affordable. Its great to be a small part of such a great team of customer focused insurance professionals.

5 /5 Remax Rentals: I recently worked with a very friendly young lady named Joey, who helped me with my insurance needs. Not only was she able to save me over $1000 per year compared to my previous insurance company, she actually made it a fun experience gathering up all the necessary information she needed to give me a quote for auto and home. Once I saw the tremendous savings, of course I switched insurance companies. Im actually looking forward to working with this new company. Joey didnt make me feel like a number, but an actual person! KUDOS!!!

1 /5 Brett Peterson: As a company we started using Prairieland Insurance Group LLC in May of 2019. During the first year with Prairieland Insurance Group LLC, there was a total loss on a company vehicle. The vehicle was not replaced and the policy was cancelled and a refund on the remaining premium was issued. Then without a signature, the same policy on a now non existent vehicle was reinstated and charges resumed. This matter was finally resolved in May of 2021. In February of 2021 I had contacted the office for a business address change. Due to agent (Steven Henson) availability this took over a month to achieve. It was during this time I had decided to find an alternative insurance company to better suit our company needs. Upon notifying Prairieland of the change, Steve transferred the situation to Matt Kincaid also located in the Champaign Prairieland office. Matt was of very little assistance with ending services with his company. I relied on my new insurance agent to help file the paperwork for the companies in which Prairieland contracted our policy coverage. These documents were turned into Prairieland Insurance Group as well as all official cancellation paperwork. I requested a final invoice for any prorated charges. We did not receive any further communication from Prairieland. It is now 11/2021 and we are still receiving collection notices for charges from the third party companies Prairieland had utilized for policy coverage. I have filed a complaint with the BBB along with this review. I simply do not want anyone else to have to endure the interaction I have had with Prairieland Insurance Group LLC.

5 /5 Brendan Hsu: I have my business covered by Prairieland Insurance through a Travelers policy. My representative is Matthew and I have nothing but good things to say. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt confident he recommended me the right plan at a great price. I, unfortunately, got robbed earlier this year and notified Matt shortly after. He was very communicative about the next steps and helped me process a claim after I told him about the incident. The claim process was smooth and my claim rep was super helpful and easy to work with. I am extremely happy with my experience with Prairieland Insurance. A huge shoutout to Matt!
