Eddie went out of his way to ensure I received the best possible rate. Matt and Jonathan are always courteous and helpful, and of course, it is always so nice to see Joe when I visit.

1 /5 Nicola Roepke: I’ve done business with Joe Black Agency for 30 years!! I even moved from the area 8 years ago and continue to do business with them! ! Edit: The company is no longer a great insurance business. Pekin made an unauthorized EFT from my checking account and Natalie just couldn’t understand why I was extremely upset. She was not interested in helping because I apparently offended her delicate sensibility by calling Pekin an expletive. I guess she must have an extra $2000+ lying around so that a huge unauthorized withdrawal wouldn’t upset her finances. Extremely poor customer service and zero consideration for a distressed customer of over 3 decades. Congratulations Natalie, you’ve lost a longtime loyal customer.
