kittygrace2 I spent an afternoon working on getting quotes for new auto insurance, what a pain. I sure wish I would have made Oslund & Associates - American Family Insurance my first call as it would have saved me a lot of time. Eric Oslund was polite and didnt seem the least bit frustrated at my novice questions about the policy and terms I didnt understand. He emailed the quote to me so I could compare the rates using the Excel spreadsheet I had set up because thats just how I have to do things when it comes to numbers.
