Upon filing my first claim, Whitney was so resourceful in assembling the best team to meet the needs of our family. We had multiple trees hit our home in the past 24 hours due to storms, which made it a very stressful situation. I felt at ease knowing that they were viewing my house not just as a house, but a home that I am raising my babies in. Kyle Brewer Honestly a terrible experience. My agent, Devon, was great. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1. However, the nurse rescheduled my health insurance visit multiple times and when she did show up, she didn’t do everything she was supposed to, leading to more rescheduled appointments. Then, Shelter Insurance sent me a letter telling me my health insurance was being denied for not having all the components (that the nurse never did). When my agent left the company, there was no notification or reaching out telling me who to contact. The only thing Shelter Insurance has ever done is leave me with no desire to deal with them again.
