1 /5 Rusty Rose: They send me a generic letter saying I owe money and I haven’t had a policy with them in years. I call and after a 20 minute wait they say it’s an amount due from 2022. This august’24. I pay my bills on time as a general rule and I never received any letters or emails from that time indicating I owed anything. I ask if they can write it off because it’s been so long and I never received any correspondence. They say there’s NO WAY they are going to write it off. I say well I will never sign up for their services ever again. And I advise anyone else to NEVER sign up for them either. What kind of business is allowed to make up amounts due like this? I’m lucky it was only $30.

1 /5 Butch Nichols: They rename what expenditures are so they do not have to pay the claims. It will get worse since they dropped all but Medicare supplement plans! Dealing with us older people they think it will be easy to take advantage of us.

5 /5 John Lloyd: Health Alliance is the way to go.I like being able to walk in the office and talk with someone face to face.They are courteous, responsive and solution oriented. I only wish I had come to them years sooner.. my experience has been with their Medicare health advantage plan. .

1 /5 Brady Lockenour - HomeSmart: I needed to go to Mayo which is out of network, customer service assured me that I would be covered in-network by having my doctor refer me to Mayo. They lied and it was billed out of network. Avoid this company if you can. Use Blue Cross Blue Shield. I pay for the most expensive plan with Health Alliance and they dont treat you great. Happy to change this review if they decide to change how they billed me.

1 /5 Aurea Shelton: 9/29/23 update... the customer service lady was provided me with a not real policy number that my son allegedly had for an other company which was why they were not covering his bills. Called back spoke with a manager she allegedly took care of it. I will call back on Friday and find out if they did take care of it of it or not. They can not be trusted. *********************** They are the hardest insurance to work with. They do not let you speak with benefits coordinators to get the information you need and they repeat the same thing to you over and over again not answering your question. At least the customer service lady was some what nice.
