Long story short, Brent worked on the policy and spoke with me on the phone at 8:30pm to assure he had what was needed for his appointment. Now that’s being true to your customers. They always shop for the best prices each renewal period. They quickly respond to any issues that come up. It is a night and day difference from the service I received from other agencies the previous 30 years. My only regret is I didnt come across IIP 40 years ago.
