1 /5 Jeremy: I canceled my insurance policies through Tom to switch companies.My policies were not canceled for both although I switched companies.Received a refund for my homeowners insurance but have not received a refund for auto insurance.Ive tried contacting Nationwide with no success.I visited Tom talk about this and had no success with that either.Zero communication with me after that meeting.There’s no way this isn’t illegal to do.Now I have to escalate things just to get my own money back from a policy that was supposed to be canceled.Go directly to an insurance company to get your home/auto insurance and avoid this guy.

1 /5 Diamond Djs: Rarely answers the phone. They arent open the hours advertised. Quoted my price over the phone then it was $40 more when I showed up to pay. He claimed it was due to a ticket that the Secretary of State assured me is not on my record and no other agency I got quotes from could find. The person I spoke to at the Secretary of States office implied his dishonesty stating "Insurance companies can do whatever they want".

5 /5 Kristals Adventures: Tom is absolutely amazing we have been with him for 12 years through passing in the family and feeling like we do not know what to do tom gets us through everything from our houses to our vehicles always finds us the best prices. One time our insurance was going up and we did not realize it he called us and said hey your insurance is going up can I see if I can find better? Yes please and he did!
