Jack Sharratt We began working with Kate Dzierzanowski at Rosenberg Insurance & Financial in June of 2025. We had just finalized the claim process with a captive agent insurance carrier based out of Madison, Wisconsin which took over a year and a half following a devastating hail storm in our area. Our claim went all the way to arbitration to reach a fair and reasonable settlement. After that stressful and abusive process we decided to abandon captive agent carriers and pursue coverage of our home, autos and personal liabilities with an insurance broker who represented numerous insurance carriers. Kate administered a very comprehensive evaluation of our insurance needs, history and lifestyles. Frequently she would reach out to us throughout this process for additional information or clarification as needed for the purpose of finding an insurance carrier and coverage that would meet our specific needs with service at a competitive price. We were surprised and delighted to learn of specific policy coverage and conditions which were missing from our previous policies leaving us vulnerable, as well as coverage which were unnecessary and wasteful of our premium dollars. In short, we received numerous, helpful advice, tips and insights into current property/casualty insurance coverage. Kates recommendations to us for insurance coverage were not cookie cutter policies based upon a carriers advertising presence. Theres no doubt that Kates formidable professional experience and training, along with her superb listening skills contributed to her recommendations to provide us with the best insurance coverage to meet our needs. Kates great service continued after the sale to help us launch our new coverage and cancel our previous policies so that we were never left uninsured or vulnerable.
