Keith Crawford Jr. They’re okay. Cheaper individual full coverage if you need it. Not great if you need to add a new driver to your plan which is why I switched. Also never had to actually put in a claim, and from others reviews, they seem sketch. Still, they never did me wrong so 3/5 feels fair.

Chris Hoelscher We expected a claim due to a slip and fall on the ice and John Lawrence responded immediately to our contact and put us in touch with a claim representative who evaluated our liability and was prepared to handle the potential claim (which I believe was never made). Their service has always been exemplary. Not just in this particular instance, but in handling our insurance coverage needs and a landlord and as a tenant in another facility.
