5 /5 Heather Stojcevski: I am writing regarding one of your employees. I have had my homeowners insurance with your agency for years. Since I have never had any problems, I had no idea how important an agent can be. I would like to commend your employee for the interest she took in my dilemma. I refinanced my home about a year ago and set up escrow accounts to pay my hazard insurance and taxes. The mortgage company mistakenly put my insurance money toward my mortgage and I received a large bill for insurance that needed to be paid immediately. I was on the phone with the company many times and each time it got worse. I brought all of my paperwork to your agency and sat back and watched as your employee worked through the mortgage system and finally resolved the problem. I am sure she had more pressing things to do on the closing hours of a Friday afternoon. She made me feel like it was not big deal that she was there to help me. I am so grateful I had an agent to help me. Thank you.

Caryn became aware that Met Life was coming out with a new product and she thought of us. By switching we maintained the same coverage we had before, but now at a much lower cost. Many thanks.

1 /5 Steven Nawara: I tried getting a quote for a home purchase. I called Caryn Nowacki and provided information via email. Eight days later, I called back and asked if the quote was ready. She said no, but that they would work on it right away. I never heard back from her and moved on to a better agency after another. I honestly dont know how they would get any business. Buying a house is a stressful, and of all the things that can cause delay, setting up a basic homeowners policy should NOT be one of them. I shudder to think of what the response would be like if I was actually submitting a claim!

5 /5 Nancy Strutz: I have had two houses, six cars, and lived in two cities for a total of 40 years and I can honestly say that the Nowacki Insurance Agency was one of my best decisions. They only sold me what I needed, answered my requests or questions always within a day or at lease got back and said they were trying. When my husband passed they were there to handle it all and I am grateful. I have moved out East and wish they were here with me. Definately would recommend!

1 /5 Mann Ruff Shane (Braverhund): One of the most unprofessional agencies Ive ever dealt with. Terrible response time to emails or phone calls, short business hours and no after hours numbers. When they do answer your call they are snippy and short in a manor Ive never dealt with at a business level. They also committed fraud by telling me I had a coverage when in fact It wasnt covered by the insurance company they wrote the policy through.I ended up filing a claim against them throught the Illinois Insurance licensing board and switched back to my old carrier. My advice is to seek out a full service company that actually takes care of the insured rather than just takes your premium.
