2 /5 Rick Hipp: Time was that you had an accident and called your agent and they took care of it. They had to get the report from the police and call the other agent involved. Apparently those days are over. Now, you need to call the claims office to get anything done. Apparently, the main thing the agent does is collect your high rates....I see no other reason for him being around. As far as that goes, he isnt even around after office hours and needs a 4 day weekend for the holiday.
