It was a local company which I liked. I called the phone number and left Gayla Ray a message. She returned my call soon after and I told her what I was looking for. She listened and soon gave me a quote much lower and better coverage than what I had. She was very professional, personable, incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions, was patient and was very informative about Erie Insurance. She put my mind at ease knowing I was with an excellent company. She was also very flexible with her time and would meet me within the hour so that my parents from out of town could also see a house I was looking at.
